The technicians who monitor your network should be highly skilled with at least 5 years of in-the-field experience.  They should thoroughly understand the troubleshooting processes and the logical steps necessary to resolve any issues that they might face.  The information that they have available to them (collected by the monitoring system) will allow them to quickly resolve most of your IT issues.

Occasionally there will not be a remote resolution to your issue, so the Support Technician will quickly assign a Field Engineer to your site.  The Field Engineer will have access to the information collected by the Phone Support Technician and the monitoring system, so the on-site resolution will be much more accurate and will be completed much faster.
