1. Before calling for support, please perform some Basic Troubleshooting Steps.

2. Then call (651) 204-7225 to get a technician on the phone before initiating a session. The technician will give you instructions and provide phone support during the session.  "Online" support representatives are available between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
3. A short time after you are directed to click on a connection link below, the technician will be able to remotely control your computer - to troubleshoot a problem or to help install new software.
4. You will be billed at your normal hourly rate.  Minimum charge is for a 15 minute session.

We utilize industry leading technology to make resolution of support issues more convenient for our customers. After you have contacted a technician, please click the appropriate link when instructed to do so by your DuraLogic support representative.

By initiating a support session, I (we) agree to give an agent of DuraLogic full control of my (our) computer(s), and access to my (our) network, for the purposes of supporting, troubleshooting, training, and upgrading my (our) computer(s). In no event shall DuraLogic, Inc., or its employees, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the computer hardware or software, even if DuraLogic, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. By initiating a support session I (we) agree to these terms.
