By initiating a support session, I (we) agree to
give an agent of DuraLogic full control of my (our) computer(s), and access to my (our) network, for the purposes of supporting, troubleshooting, training, and upgrading my (our) computer(s). In no event shall DuraLogic, Inc., or its employees, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the computer hardware or software, even if DuraLogic, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
